The Excellence in Arts & Culture / Entertainment Reporting award winners are Meaghan Tobin and Zeyi Yang for their article “China’s Subtitle Army,” and the Journalism Excellence in Written Reporting, Features award winner is Ann Babe for her article “Tune In, Drop Out.”
