We’re thrilled to announce that Daniela Dib will join the Rest of World team as our Latin America Reporter.

Daniela has been a Rest of World contributor for the past year, covering the creator economy in Latin America, Mexico’s fintech industry, and how WhatsApp is being used in elections. Her work has previously appeared in outlets such as Fortune, Contxto, Whitepaper, and Coindesk, where she covered tech, business, and entrepreneurship. Before working as a journalist, she worked for Endeavor, a non-profit for entrepreneurs in emerging markets, and Swedish telecom company Ericsson.

Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Publishing from New York University and she completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Universidad de las Américas Puebla. She will be based in Mexico City.
